1.  All sales final, as is, where is, with no guarantees, written or inferred.

2.  No seller may ever bid on his/her own items. 

3.  Terms Of Payment:  Cash, All Major Credit Cards, Debit Card, Approved Check With Appropriate Current Photo ID

4.  North Carolina Sales Tax of 7.75% will be added to all items purchased according to NC State Law.  Buyers may submit the NC Sales & Reuse Tax Form and accept the NC Sales Tax responsibility. 

5.  A Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to all items purchased.  Buyer's will receive a 3% Discount if paying by Cash, Debit Card or Good Check.  The 13% Buyer's Premium is applicable on all Absentee Bids, Telephone Bids, and any purchases not paid for on the date of the auction.

6.  This is a 100% Absolute Auction.  There are no reserves or minimums of any kind.
